Check-in was quick and really friendly. The room I got was a Premium King Room Sofa Bed Garden View, and it included free soft drinks, a lovely touch. I slept so well in the excellent bed. I really appreciated the good soundproofing. The bathroom was very clean (a big plus!).

The hotel lost some documents my daughter dropped off, including a railcard. I had to buy a new one (costing 30 pounds) to validate pre-purchased train tickets.

The on-site restaurant offered a great breakfast with a wide selection of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the attentive service. It made for a good start to each day.

I found the hotel perfectly situated near paddington station. It was very convenient. staff members were very helpful and cute. the complimentary mini-bar in my room was a lovely surprise, a tender touch.

I experienced an issue with the room size. It felt smaller than i anticipated. it was a bit cramped with suitcases. it was a minor inconvenience but somewhat affected my overall comfort.
